1. About PostFlow & Mandalar Ltd
PostFlow is a Facebook Page scheduling and publishing tool operated by Mandalar Ltd, registered in England and Wales (Company No: 17167234). By using PostFlow, you agree to these Terms of Service.
PostFlow uses the Facebook Graph API to publish posts to Facebook Pages on behalf of users who grant permission via Facebook's OAuth flow.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use PostFlow. By creating an account, you confirm you are the authorised administrator of any Facebook Page you connect to PostFlow.
3. Subscription Plans & Pricing
PostFlow is available on the following plans, billed monthly in GBP:

4. Billing & Cancellation
- Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Stripe
- You may cancel at any time from your Account settings
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- Post quotas reset on the 1st of each calendar month
- Unused posts do not roll over to the next month
5. Refund Policy
We offer a full refund within 7 days of your first payment if you are not satisfied with PostFlow. To request a refund, email hello@mandalar.app within 7 days of your payment. After 7 days, subscriptions are non-refundable. If we discontinue PostFlow, all active subscribers will receive a pro-rated refund.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use PostFlow to:
- Post spam, unsolicited content, or misleading information
- Violate Meta's Platform Terms or Community Standards
- Publish content that is unlawful, defamatory, or harassing
- Use automated posting to manipulate Facebook's algorithm artificially
- Share access credentials with third parties
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the PostFlow platform
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.
7. Facebook Platform Terms
PostFlow operates under Meta's Platform Terms. Your use of PostFlow is also subject to:
You are responsible for ensuring all content you publish via PostFlow complies with Meta's policies. Mandalar Ltd is not liable for content you publish.
8. Intellectual Property
PostFlow and all associated software, design, and branding are owned by Mandalar Ltd. You retain ownership of all content you create and publish through PostFlow. By using PostFlow, you grant us a limited licence to process your content solely to operate the service.
9. Disclaimers
PostFlow is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that posts will publish successfully — this depends on Facebook's API availability and your Page permissions. We are not responsible for changes to Facebook's API that affect PostFlow's functionality.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mandalar Ltd's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of PostFlow shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for: loss of profits, loss of data, missed posts due to API downtime, suspension of your Facebook Page by Meta, or any indirect or consequential losses.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of PostFlow constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
